OUTSIDERS to jeden z pierwszych zespołów punkowych z hrabstwa Orange w Kalifornii, pochodzący z nadmorskiego miasta Huntington Beach. Był to pierwszy zespół punkowy FRANKA RUFFINO, założyciela i gitarzysty CHINA WHITE. Inni członkowie również zakładali zespoły takie jak BLADES i grali w takich zespołach jak JFA. Outsiders mają unikalne brzmienie, podobne do China White, przywodzące na myśl szybsze utwory Black Sabbath połączone z gitarowym brzmieniem Sex Pistols. Ten album zawiera całe demo studyjne z 1979 roku oraz kilka nagrań studyjnych z reaktywacją, zawierających bardziej oryginalne utwory z 2009 roku. We wszystkich utworach na gitarze gra Frank Ruffino. Ten album stanowi ważny kamień milowy w historii punka w hrabstwie Orange i zawiera notatki wokalisty, DONA GROSSE’A.
