To był powrót kapeli w 1998 roku, kiedy minęlo 5 lat od ostatnich nagrań. Kapela byla już wprawdzie bez Pig Championa, który kilka lat później zmarł, ale nie straciła swego sznitu.

 1998's "Learning To Scream" saw the return of Poison Idea (without Pig Champion) after disbanding in 1993 and displayed a lot of the same rock 'n' roll sound that the band used in their later sound but with the band's signature snarl.
