SAMPLES – Fire another round LP

99,00 zł

Kolekcja wszystkich nagrań studyjnych, nagranych w latach 1980-1983 przez ten krótko istniejący brytyjski zespół punkowy. Z zaledwie dwoma singlami wydanymi w tamtym czasie – niezwykle rzadkim „Vendetta” i nieodzownym „No Future” „Dead Hero” – ta kompilacja uzupełnia album o nagrania demo i utwory z kompilacji. Samples stanowiły swego rodzaju pomost między pierwszą falą brytyjskiego punku a erą hardcore „UK82”. Wyobraźcie sobie bardziej wściekłą, uliczną wersję Stiff Little Fingers. Melodyjna, bezkompromisowa politycznie i kipiąca energią, ta kolekcja jest obowiązkowa dla fanów brytyjskiego punku lat 80.

Collection of all studio output, recorded 1980-1983 from this short lived UK punk outfit. With only two singles released in their timethe insanely scarce Vendetta, and the No Future essential Dead Hero this compilation rounds out the LP with demo sessions and comp tracks. The Samples were something of a bridge between the first wave of UK punk and the hardcore „UK82” era. Think a more snarling, street level version of Stiff Little Fingers. Tuneful, politically uncompromising and bursting at the seams with energy, this collection is mandatory for fans of 80’s UK punk.
